The countdown begins

The posts may become a little scattered as we approach our last 10 days in San Francisco. For some reason, I've been determined to cook at odd hours. I made a pork roast at 7:00 a.m. today. I think it's an attempt to nest amid all the jumble and disruption.

Jon's trying to capture the final outings on flickr, so keep up with us. He went to dogpatch yesterday with friends. There's something about crumbling industrialization that intrigues us both. I'll figure out what metaphor for life that is later!

We'll keep you posted along the way. There's some beautiful sights coming up in the next few weeks.
