Watch me fly by

No time for pictures today. Why? Jon and I decided Saturday morning that we'd throw our first house party today. Why? Because the Duke is one today, and that's as good a reason as any.

So is this a small party? Heck no! Holy cow there's a shit ton of people coming over, and we're way to excited!

We've got burgers, hot dogs, potato salad, smitten kitchen's slaw tartare, guacamole deviled eggs, homemade sherbet, homemade cookies, apple crumble, appetizers, lemonade, herbal tea, booze ... everything! We didn't eat dinner until 10 p.m. last night because we were getting everything ready.

Let's see if this goes off without a hitch! Keeps your fingers crossed that the rain stays away too.
